DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

Depression and anxiety can be viewed as the ends of a continuum. One aspect may be far more pronounced, but I believe there is always at least a trace of the of the other. I find it helpful to maintain an awareness of this duality. Ignoring the less detectible component may prevent the recognition that will allow you to move forward. While there is no universal cure for depression/anxiety, together we can work to find ways to manage them in your life. Making the decision to work on it itself often begins a process of emergence from suffering.
